Looking back on my times, and average heart rate(which was 140, or level 2 for effort), I think I paced myself a bit too slow, as the Cimla climb, as well as the one about 10 miles from the end, I actually had some energy to attack them a bit. I've now put myself down for the New Forest Rattler in August; it's only 78 miles, is pretty flat, but will challenge me in that I'm going for gold!
