My L2P sponsors

I’d like to introduce my commercial sponsors for my 2009 London to Paris ride:

Cheddar Cycle Store Cheddar Cycle Store, my invaluable local bike shop.  Thanks guys 🙂  They also run the Cheddar Cyclo Sportive which takes place every September – so if you fancy cycling the infamous Cheddar Gorge, this one could be for you!
Moneygivers Moneygivers Colourprint of Cheddar.  They print the little local Cheddar & Axbridge paper that I edit for Publishing Today and are a lovely bunch of guys.
Buffera Limited Buff!. I’ve been using Buff scarves for the last couple of years – they’re the most versatile piece of kit I know. They can be everything from a hair scrunchie to a scarf, a bandana, a mask to keep the flies out of your mouth….I have three, (two original, one visor), hubby has one, and both the kids have one.  Yet again – a truly appropriate sponsor 🙂
Kalas The wonderful folk at Kalas (hi Andrew!) were behind the custom kit that was produced with my sponsors’ logos on.
Cheddar Ales Cheddar Ales. Seems appropriate since I’ve been known to view Potholer as rehydration therapy….and we have a lovely polypin of Totty Pot every Christmas 🙂
Torq UK Torq.  I use their bars and gels to fuel me through events as as well as doing the job they taste nice, aren’t too chewy, and in the case of the gels – can be a godsend!  I’m starting to find their Recovery very useful too.  They also deliver really quickly and without p&p which is very important when you run out of the stuff!
Riverford We’ve been a part of the Riverford Organic Veg Box Scheme for probably something like 7 years now, apart from a brief hiatus when we weren’t in the country.  It’s been consistently great.  There’s the challenge of figuring out what to cook with what the seasons give you, the vegetables you get that it wouldn’t occur to you to buy otherwise, and it’s all fresh, local, and great value.  Gil and Liz who are our distributors are both friendly and helpful, and they’ve even had a stall at the Somerset Showcase a couple of times.

Thanks everyone!
